BidDraft Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
BidDraft (“BidDraft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the BidDraft mobile application, the BidDraft website, local pass-and-play gameplay, online multiplayer gameplay, custom draft packs, paid features, advertising supported features, and related services.
1Information We Process
Local Play
When you use BidDraft's local pass-and-play mode, gameplay generally takes place on your device. BidDraft may use local device or browser storage to remember gameplay state, preferences, or recently used game items. This information is not necessarily transmitted to BidDraft's online multiplayer database.
Online Play
When you use Play Online With Friends or online matchmaking, certain information is transmitted to our online infrastructure so that two players can join the same private room and keep the game synchronized.
This may include:
- The display name you choose
- An automatically generated anonymous user identifier
- Private room identifiers and room codes
- Game category selections
- Ready and connection status
- Game state and round information
- Virtual game budgets
- Bids and passes
- Drafted items and results
- Votes and rematch selections
- Creation, update, connection, and last-seen timestamps
BidDraft does not currently require you to provide an email address, password, phone number, or verified legal name to use its online multiplayer features. Display names are user-selected labels used to identify players within a game; they are not verified identities.
Please avoid using sensitive personal information as your display name.
Custom Draft Packs
BidDraft lets you create and save your own draft packs. A custom pack may include a pack name, item names, optional item descriptions, and pack settings or themes that you choose.
Custom packs you create are saved in storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to BidDraft's multiplayer database simply because you saved them.
If you choose a custom pack for an online match, the contents of that selected pack are transmitted through BidDraft's multiplayer infrastructure so that the other player can see and play the same items. Content you share into a multiplayer match is not private to you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a custom pack you intend to play online.
Purchase Information
BidDraft may offer paid digital features, including access to Create Your Own / Custom Draft Packs.
For purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, Apple processes the payment transaction. BidDraft does not receive or store your complete payment card number.
BidDraft may receive transaction-related information necessary to verify your entitlement to purchased features, which can include:
- Transaction identifiers
- Product identifiers
- Purchase status
- Restoration status
- Similar purchase-verification information

BidDraft uses or may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. When ads are served, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
- Device identifiers

- Serving advertisements
- Measuring advertising performance
- Limiting how frequently ads are shown

- Personalizing advertisements where legally permitted and where the required permissions or consent have been obtained
BidDraft does not request precise GPS location for advertising. BidDraft itself does not have access to every piece of information that Google and its partners process through their advertising services.
Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads
BidDraft may serve personalized ads where this is allowed and where appropriate consent or permissions exist. BidDraft may serve non-personalized or otherwise restricted ads where required by law, platform rules, age-related rules, your device settings, or your privacy choices.
Non-personalized ads may still rely on certain technical information for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, fraud prevention, and contextual advertising.

3Service Providers
BidDraft uses third-party service providers to operate certain features.
Supabase
BidDraft uses Supabase for services including anonymous authentication, database hosting, realtime synchronization, and multiplayer infrastructure.
Apple
When you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment and related App Store transaction information. BidDraft may receive limited purchase-verification information from Apple in order to unlock or restore purchased features.
Google AdMob
BidDraft uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google may process device, advertising, network, interaction, and diagnostic information as described in Section 1 in order to serve, measure, secure, and where permitted personalize advertisements.
Service providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure their services, which can include IP addresses, network information, request information, device or browser information, and server or security logs.
Each provider handles information according to its own privacy and security policies. This Privacy Policy does not reproduce those policies.
4Advertising, Sale, and Sharing
BidDraft does not sell your personal information for money.
BidDraft uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Depending on your location, settings, permissions, and applicable law, advertising providers may process information to deliver, measure, secure, and in some cases personalize advertisements. Using an advertising service necessarily involves transmitting some information to that advertising provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to limit certain advertising uses of your information.
5Data Retention
Online BidDraft game rooms are designed to expire after approximately 24 hours.
Expired, abandoned, or completed gameplay records may subsequently be deleted.
Some information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary for authentication, security, fraud or abuse prevention, troubleshooting, backups, compliance with legal obligations, or the ordinary operation of our infrastructure providers.
Purchase Records
Transaction and entitlement information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, restore purchases, process refunds where applicable, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. Payment processors may retain transaction information under their own legal and operational requirements.
Advertising Data
Advertising-related information may be retained by Google or other advertising partners according to their applicable policies, settings, and legal obligations. BidDraft does not control all retention periods used independently by third-party advertising providers.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
6Your Privacy Choices
You may choose to use BidDraft's local gameplay mode rather than online multiplayer.
You may leave an online multiplayer room at any time.
You may choose a display name that does not identify you personally.
You may choose not to share a custom pack in an online match.
iOS Tracking Permissions
On iOS, where required, BidDraft will request your permission before accessing information used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. You can manage applicable tracking permissions in your iOS privacy settings.
If you decline tracking permission, BidDraft should continue to work, although advertising may be less personalized. Some information may still be processed for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Other Choices
You may receive non-personalized or restricted ads where available or legally required.
Purchase history managed by Apple may also be governed by your Apple ID and App Store settings.
You may contact us to request deletion of information reasonably associated with you. Because BidDraft uses anonymous authentication and does not require email-based accounts, we may need information such as a room code or other details to reasonably identify the relevant data.
7Children's Privacy
BidDraft is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
BidDraft does not intentionally use personalized advertising for users known to be children where that is prohibited by law or platform rules.
8Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed through BidDraft.
Payment card information is handled by the applicable payment processor rather than being stored directly by BidDraft.
However, no internet transmission, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9International Processing
BidDraft and its service providers — including Supabase, Apple, and Google — may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
10Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when BidDraft's features, service providers, or privacy practices change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page.
