Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or playing BidDraft (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use BidDraft. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

The game

BidDraft is an entertainment game. In-game money, bids, budgets, and votes have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

We may update, change, or remove features, categories, or content at any time.

Online play and conduct

When playing online, do not use offensive, hateful, or harassing display names or custom pack content, attempt to cheat or disrupt matches, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Custom Packs

You are responsible for the content you create in Custom Packs. Do not include content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. Custom Packs is an optional in-app purchase.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Purchases can be restored using the Restore option in the App.

Advertising

The free version of BidDraft may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on data used for ads.

Intellectual property

The BidDraft name, logo, design, and software belong to BidDraft. Names of people, teams, brands, and titles that appear as draft items are used only for identification and discussion; BidDraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidDraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
